...to our latest brochure. It's quite a bit bigger than the last one, thanks to lots of new holidays including Antarctica, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Chile and Spain. I remember one of our first clients wrote a letter to thank us for a wonderful holiday. She also begged us not to grow too much and lose our personal touch. She was the first but definitely not the last person to say that to me. People still say it today. Since then, we have grown a good deal but we've managed it without losing our personal touch. One of my fellow founders, Xabi, always describes our holidays as `artesanal', roughly translating as hand-made, and I think it's a great description. At the core of everything we do at Pura Aventura is a trusted team on the ground looking after you. As we grow, our team grows, but only when we find people who live up to the standards we set out when we started. If you have already travelled with us, I hope you find something new here to excite you and reassurance that our values remain the same.
